Michael Delaney practices with Spencer Fane's Labor and Employment Law Group and serves as practice group leader. His practice includes representation of management in traditional labor relations matters as well as employment litigation and human resources counseling. Colleen White is recognized nationally as a leading expert in labor law compliance and addressing workplace issues. She served for more than 12 years as Director of the State of Missouri’s Division of Labor Standards. She wrote and implemented the first prevailing wage compliance programs for Kansas City, Missouri, and Jackson County. Colleen currently serves as the Prevailing Wage Coordinator on the Truman Sports Complex Renovation Project.




Construction Attorney, Dave Seitter, will lead the discussion to help create a better understanding of this potentially complicated topic.
