ADA Amendments Acts (ADAAA) Breakfast Seminar in October 2008


On September 17, 2008, Congress amended the ADA and significantly expanded its coverage. The ADAAA will become effective on January 1, 2009. Employers are likely to experience an increase in workplace disability issues and accommodation requests as a result of it. Our free breakfast seminar will focus on how the ADAAA is different than the ADA, its impact on HR issues, and what employers need to do to prepare for it.

We will offer sessions in our Kansas City and St. Louis offices.
